Application & Initial Interview

• Fill out the IPs questionnarire online. (Apply Here)
• Our team will reach out to you to set up an initial consultation.
• A customized surrogacy plan will be made for you.

Screening and Matching

• Sign retainer agreement with our agency.
• Start surrogate matching process (It could take from a few weeks to a few months to find a good match for you).
• Once we have a potential match for you, an official match meeting (usually through Zoom Meeting) will be scheduled for you and the surrogate mother.

Medical Screening

• Both you and your surrogate need to pass the Psychological evaluation.
• Your surrogate mother will travel to your IVF clinic for an onsite medical screening.
• Once medical clearance is issued by the clinic, you are ready to move to the next step.

Legal Process

• Your representing attorney will draft the surrogacy contract and have your appointment to review it.
• Your surrogate will have her own representing attorney to help with reviewing the contract.
• The finalized contract will be signed and notarized by both parties.
  This process usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Embryo Transfer

- A transfer calendar will be created based on the surrogate's menstrual cycle.
- Undergo medication and hormonal treatments to prepare your uterus for implantation.
- Travel to the fertility clinic for the embryo transfer procedure.
- Timeline: Typically 4-6 weeks from medication start to embryo transfer.

Pregnancy, Support, and Counseling

Provide ongoing support to your surrogate throughout the the pregnancy journey.
- Timeline: Throughout pregnancy (typically 9 months)

Parental Establishment and Birth

- Follow legal procedures for parental establishment facilitated by our team.
- The surrogate gives birth to the child in a hospital or birthing center.
- Timeline: At birth and within a few weeks post-birth

Ongoing Relationship and Support

Maintain a positive relationship with your surrogate.
